WorkItemCheckBox.wicc missing in download.

I downloaded the most recent zip file for TFS 2012 and installed it. I can now see "WorkItemCheckBox" in the Type when adding the new control, but am getting an error: Could not find file 'C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Team Foundation\Work Item Tracking\Custom Controls\11.0\WorkItemCheckBox.wicc'. There are other *.wicc files in that folder, but none of them is WorkItemCheckBox.wicc: AssociatedAutomationControl.wicc CaptureAttachmentsControl.wicc CodePlex.WitCustomControls.dll MultiValueControl.wicc PreEmptiveAnalyticsVisualizer.wicc ReproStepsControl.wicc ScreenshotControl.wicc TestStepsControl.wicc WebBrowserControl.wicc

These is no checkbox control in this package. Where did you see the WorkItemCheckBox referenced? I'm assuming this came from another source. Mathias
