Hi,

the tool is very cool. I like to use schemas in my database design. if two table has the same name in different schemas turtleSQL throws an exception.

Sorry about the delayed response. I only just joined the project but you're right. I'm re-vamping the database connectivity and documentation engines. I should be able to fix this as I'm doing that.
