During our migration from MTM 2010 to MTM 2012, our team has run into the issue of not being able to Repair test case work items due to the required Discussion section not being populated. We're unable to populate/save free text here due to the NotesControl.wicc custom control not installed ( http://i.imgur.com/sEsoD1E.jpg )
Edit: In MTM 2010, we installed NotesControl.wicc and the test case repairs were functional.
In MTM 2012, the same custom control is not apparently forward-compatible and there doesn't appear to be a 2012 port.

I was unable to find a thread regarding the porting of this control from MTM 2010 to 2012, or a work-around that doesn't involve us to relax our test case workflow or using the web client.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
